All orders are subject to availability.

Orders placed before 3.00pm will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery.

We use Royal Mail and the courier DPD for our next day delivery service.

Under extreme circumstances our delivery companies reserve the right to remove their guaranteed delivery times.

Unwanted goods may be returned within 7 days. In the event that the Offer includes for other promotional items or free gifts, then these shall also be returned with the unwanted goods.  Returned goods shall be unopened, unused and in resalable condition. Postage charges may be added in the event that unwanted goods are exchanged.

If the goods delivered are not in accordance with the Offer, then you must notify creative hair studio within 4 days. creative hair studio will replace incorrectly delivered items with the correct goods and reimburse you for any reasonable postage charges incurred by you.

Proof of postage shall not be considered as proof of receipt by creative hair studio and any refund is conditional upon creative hair studio receiving returned goods.

All returns shall be accompanied with a copy of the creative hair studio invoice, your name and address and detail the reason for the returns.

Subject to the above clauses, creative hair studio shall issue a refund for returned goods within 10 days of receipt of the returned goods by creative hair studio.
